Sometimes we get a little crazy at home!

We made it!

I successfully made it to nursing each of my babies to the one year mark. 

I took a picture nursing at church to document the occasion.  

11 months

I took these pictures when Shelby turned 11 months. Just late posting them on the blog. 

Oh boy this girl is fun. We always have to keep the bathroom door closed but she has figured out how to open our sliding bathroom door- we caught her playing in the toilet yesterday! Icky. 

She loves to climb and purposefully makes messes. She also "cleans" with diaper wipes and tibia hilarious. 

Chompers

Shelbs got her 3rd tooth today. Top right front tooth. She also drank out of a straw for the first time today too. I handed her Mac's cup and she started guzzling it down. Well, I guess we got that milestone out of the way too. 

I probably should start giving her cups with water in them on a more regular basis. Like more often than once every ten months? 

Mini mermaid

Shelby loves her new mermaid doll and outfit. Well I don't know if she cares about the outfit. But she sure looks adorable in it. 

Sick again?

My poor sick baby is throwing up again. 

Thank goodness dad is at home with her to take care of her.

Shelby had a little lamb

The girls thought this would be fun to put Shelby in this little lamb thing. It was pretty cute but Shelby wasn't very amused. 

Conductor Shelby

Mac won't wear his hat, but Shelby doesn't seem to mind. 

She is still rocking her double chin and continues to be pretty easy going. I think some day soon we will start solids, but that depends on how lazy mom is.  Hehe

Little mover and shaker

Look at her go! It is so much fun to watch this little girl start to move.  No more beds or couches for her. 

Bedtime stories

I haven't ever had a bedtime routine for Shelby, but I figured I should get off my phone and read to her every night. So the past two nights I read her a book. And guess what? She only woke up once each night!!  Coincidence? Probably. But I will keep it up. 

This is such a cute book that my friend got me. I want to paint the little picture below to hang in my girls room to remind them how awesome they are. 

Mover

This happy girl is squirmy. She can roll, scoot backwards, and turn in circles of put on the ground. At church the other day she decided to try to eat the diaper bag straps. 

Baby photo shoot

This baby photo shoot was a lot of laughing and crazy moms trying to get the perfect shot. I think we got quite a few that described their personalities.

Haters gonna hate

This girl hates the bottle. I have tried 5 different ones so far... I can get her to drink more than anyone else so far. She just screams bloody murder when rig tries to feed her. 

She is pretty dang cute though. 

Park days

I am enjoying this cute little park by our house. I can walk or jog there. Or even make it the end of a run like I did yesterday.

Shelby is learning to love her jumper. She is usually pretty happy and smiley for awhile in it. 

Oh the places you'll go

Little miss Shelby had a fun time on the girls trip. Basically she is a cute little traveler who lives to be in the carrier. 

She saw the Golden Gate Bridge. 

Sh saw the lands end hike and the baths and the ocean. 

We played at Dolores park. 

She enjoyed the ambiance of a fancy Italian dinner. 

She liked the Capitola pier and dock

We went all over and while she hated the car rides, she liked being all around the girls!
