San Fran day 2 part 1

Our first full day in the city was packed with fun. We leisurely got ready for the day and walked until we found a place for breakfast. We had bagels and hot chocolate. Then we did some shopping and got our makeup done.
We used our selfie stick multiple times and laughed every time we used it. We took a picture in front of yoda while watching people play chess in the park.
We then walked down to the ferry building but not before passing tons of artisan booths. This homemade mug booth was our favorite.
Then we ate a nectarine and a pork sticky bun at the farmers market while looking for lunch. At lunch is when we hit our 10,000 steps. We finally found Gotts and ate there for lunch. After lunch we took a break and went back to the hotel.

Happy babymoon with a bestie!

Rich and his friend chase from Arizona planned a weekend trip for me and Kim in San Francisco. What a treat. No kids and permission to spend as much money as we can. (Just kidding about that last part)
We ate dinner at house of nan king. It was delicious and so filling. We have no plans except to relax and have fun and not miss our kids too much.
I took the ferry over to San Francisco and I had never done that before. It was fun and it will be fun to go with the kids someday.
We may or may not be using a selfie stick for a lot of our pictures today. 🌉

Cousins

These cute boys were not cooperating to let me get a good picture. Good thing that they are so cute.

Haircut morning

What do you do when you are ready for school 30 minutes early???  You ask your auntie for a haircut before school!
She had told me she was growing it out, so I reminded her of that, but come on. It is just hair!  Plus it looks adorable so I am fine with whatever she wants to do with it.
And I took a selfie with an eagle today. Such is the life at our school.

Bike rodeo

I was the stop sign lady today at the bike rodeo. Mac rode on my back as I stood for 3 hours and helped direct kids around an obstacle course.
The kids had fun so it was worth it.

End of a season

Softball is over so yesterday we played the last games and then celebrated. Cara's team got participation trophies but Ryann's team came in last place so as you can see by the picture she has had more fun in the dugout than playing. Boo boo. Hopefully she will still want to play next year.

Don't forget

I don't want to forget fun relaxing days like these!
Catching lizards, swinging on the rope swing, and eating the last of the cherries off the tree.
Well, there would have been a lot more for us to eat, but the squirrels and the crows beat us to the punch.

30 weeks

A little pregnancy update here.
I am 30 weeks. Wow. This is going by incredibly fast. I stopped checking my weight once I hit 30 lbs of weight gain. Too depressing. I gained 35lbs with ryann, 55 with Cara, and 40 something with Mac. So as long as I fall in somewhere around there i figure I am okay.
I haven't run/ jogged in a week, my last run was 3 miles at a 10 min pace and that about did me in. My pelvis and hips hurt too bad after that. I have done some prenatal yoga and waking, but the past few days I have been lying on the couch "resting" away my Braxton hicks contractions and back pain. Ugh.
Each of my pregnancies have had a period of fun reminders that I am pregnant and have to slow down. Fortunately now I don't panic because I know the contractions don't make me go into preterm labor. But I am good and I do rest and drink tons of water. It has been helping a lot though.

The baby has been moving a lot more the past few weeks. Definitely more active than before, but still less movement than the other 3. I am hoping his means it will be a more mellow baby. We shall see though.

I get heartburn, a little swollen if I eat a lot of salt, pee a ton, and I have a great midwife picked out. I also think I found a birth photographer which makes me super excited because I really want someone to be there just for pictures.

Bye bye tree

Approximately 26 years ago or something like that the wagner family moved into our new house. Devyn was about to be born and my parents decided to plant a little tiny tree.
That little tiny tree was so awesome. And now it is a huge gigantic monster of a tree that looks like it is going to fall on the neighbors house. Or make that past tense.
Because as of yesterday it is gone. 😢

Sad day over here.

Sunday fun day

On Sunday I watched dean and Vince. They came to church with us and they were amazing.
Mac helped feed Vince.
We played peek a boo.
I got Vince to fell asleep.
And I was rewarded handsomely! Homemade ice cream!!! Amazing.
