Toothless

Our dear friend Lisa pulled out a wiggly tooth today and miss Ryann couldn't be happier!

Arizona

Richand I are trying to come up with a list of things we haven't done while living in Arizona.

one of those things, I am embarrassed to admit, is go to the grand canyon.

seriously. I have been living here for 9 years.
so embarrassing.

especially since my children love to hike.

No pants, no problem

Being the awesome mother that I am, after changing Mac's diaper I let him sit in the sink while I threw it away. In the second that I let go on his little hands he turned on the water... soaking his pants.

So, no pants at church... no problem.

Moving

Rich and I were able to have a date night last weekend. We wanted to go to the new Gilbert temple so that we could focus and decide if moving to California is what is best for our family.

So yes. We are moving. The current plan is May. We need a few kinks worked out, but that is the plan.

We have been in Arizona since 2005. We will miss it, but we will be back since rich's family still lives here.

Pucker up

This cute little squishy face is full of French fries. Yes, I am probably not the best mom for that, but we forgot food for him.

Seriously, I am that mom... I make all his organic baby food fresh but then we go out and I feed him French fries.

In other news, Mac has received 4 bloody lips in the past 2 weeks. This is what happens when you are 8 months old, have 6 teeth, and are trying to stand/walk on your own. Boys!

A hike and horses

We took the kids on a 2 1/2 hour hike yesterday. They were great and such good troopers. When we got to the top there were a couple with their 2 horses. They were really friendly and asked if the kids wanted to sit on them and get a picture. Of course Ryann was thrilled beyond words.

After Cara and Ryann had a turn, the man asked if we wanted to scare some grandmas and put Mac up there. (Rich is hiding behind the horse holding him up.)

8 Months

I turned my head and all of the sudden this big guy is 8 months old!
He is 18lbs 3oz.
He can drink a 10 ounce bottle, but usually 8.
Still nurses 3 times a day when I work and like 6-8 when I am home all day.
He has 6 teeth.
He eats homemade baby food mostly, but he will also eat any noodles, asparagus, mangos, french fries, gold fish, bread, ritz crackers, apple slices, and anything else we give him to keep him happy.
When we pick him up from daycare we crawls as fast as he can to us, then sits backs on his knees and reaches up for us.
He is constantly standing, trying to stand, getting us to hold his fingers so he can try to walk, and trying to jump up and down.
He loves his sisters and if one is in the room when he is trying to nurse he will stop nursing to watch them.
Thanks baby Mac for being so sweet and mellow. He is such a good baby and his temperament is much closer to Ryann's than it is to Cara's (not that either is good or bad... but seriously, who can handle 2 Caras?)

Silly faces

I should apologize that I never take pictures of my big girls.... but they aren't as much fun as Mac right now.
Rich joked that Mac is flossing his teeth in true Wagner style... with anything he can find. Haha. Guilty.

Car shopping

My little red echo that I bought when I was 16 is no longer a part of our family. So we have spent some time car shopping and finally found one that I love. The kids were good troopers about it and it helped that the dealership had toys.
In trying to think of a name for the car the girls came up with some awesome ideas. So far "thunder cookie" is a front runner, but we will see where it goes from here.

Stop growing!

I can't stand it. He is trying to get big so fast. Every time I look away he pulls himself up to standing. Then he falls, so we are having lots of head bumps.

Happiest baby

Mac cut his 6th tooth while in California. I don't even think he cared because he got to play with grandma all day!
