Bike ride

We took a family bike ride to a restaurant down the street today and it was so much fun. 

Both Shelby and Mac got a free ride. 

I never really thought to compare if these kiddos look alike... But they totally do!!  Look at those cheeks and noses And oh my. So cute.

This cute girl had fun playing dressup. She said she felt like cousin hazel. 

Pears please

This little girl loves real food. But for a substitute she will eat almost Anything.

Keep it going

We like to keep birthday celebrations going as long as we can over here. Ryann got this awesome lady bug land where she gets to raise ladybugs. Grosses me out, but she is so excited. 

Also we brought brownies to her class- per her request. Another gross thing--  prepackaged brownies-- never as good as homemade, but for some reason the kids were in heaven.

I always talk about the special bond between Cara and Shelby, but Ryann and Shelby sure love each other too. I mean how could they not when Ryann does fun things like this?! 

Last day of being 8!

This cute girl turns 9 tomorrow. 

We had such a fun day playing with friends and enjoying the beautiful weather   

We went to yountville park and later this evening went downtown and ate at burger fi after walking the river walk. 

Last night we had a girls movie night with some friends from church and we watched "wild hearts can't be broken" it was so adorable and they had a lot of fun. 

Shelby had a little lamb

The girls thought this would be fun to put Shelby in this little lamb thing. It was pretty cute but Shelby wasn't very amused.

Most adults don't spend time practicing their shadow puppets at night before bed. 

But then again... We are not most adults.
