What am amazing day today. The choir sang"this is the Christ" and it was beautiful. I am so proud of rich for directing it.
Even better was family 2 hour nap today!
I hope you all had a wonderful day.

Mac had his first Easter egg hunt today and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I think he enjoyed trying to eat leaves and the plastic eggs more, but he sure was cute.
We love trader Joe's. We love the carts, looking for the bunnies, the flowers, and the fun places to take pictures.
Sorry this is always flooded with Mac. But I'm not really sorry. Look how big he is getting. Of course after I put this on, rich changed his shirt. I love my men!
So Ryann was complaining of her ear hurting on Tuesday. She came home from school an hour early because of it. We gave her some ibuprofen and she was fine.
Along came 1 am when Ryann comes into our room in tears because of the pain of her ear. Prayers, ibuprofen, a blessing, and cuddles finally put this girl back to bed.
Then Wednesday morning she says she feels fine but she says her ear still feels funny so off she goes to school. I worked in her class for an hour and then went to run a couple errands. Instead of recess Ryann went to the library to read more books about horses. When I heard this I decided to go pick her up and take her into the pediatrician. And tah dah. Poor thing is on antibiotics and ear drops for the next 10 days.
After the doctor though she insisted that Mac get to have some fun and play on the playground. So she took him down the slide a couple times and he loved it.
I hear this phrase not as much as I want to... usually they don't want me to look at the mess they are making.
My little gymnasts having fun outside.
Be aware that I am taking full advantage of this amazing weather, so you might see lots of park pictures on the blog in the next couple weeks.
Mac had his first taste of sand yesterday too. He "dipped" his breadstick in the sand. Awesome.
We went to the school carnival yesterday and the girls wanted marshmallow guns. I figured rich could make better ones than the school could, so that was our Saturday morning activity. During conference the girls decorated the guns with special duck tape.
Thanks daddy!
